House Rules & Guest Safety To preserve the tranquil nature of the property and protect our local ecosystem, we ask guests to strictly adhere to the following: House Rules • Adults Only: Maximum 6 adult guests; no children or infants. • Quiet Sanctuary: This is a space for deep relaxation; parties and extra overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Suitable for Adults Only. • No Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. • Dam Safety: Our spring-fed dam features a clay slope on the dam wall that can be highly slippery. Please take immense care walking near the perimeter; entry is at your own risk. • Jetty Closed: The jetty is currently out of bounds due to needing repair. • Wildlife: Please do not feed the native wildlife. We try our best to keep the kangaroos off our lawn areas so please don’t encourage them with feeding. • Pets: No pets allowed.
